  • Advise senior and C-level stakeholders as a trusted partner
  • Lead the full commercial cycle from identification to closing
  • Conduct ROI reviews and quarterly business reports
  • Collaborate on product demonstrations and solution positioning
  • Align product roadmaps with enterprise client needs
  • Coordinate with Customer Success for seamless onboarding
  • Represent the customer's voice to internal product teams
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and drive open opportunities
  • Navigate complex enterprise setups to move opportunities forward
  • Evaluate account performance to drive revenue growth
