- •Create customer-specific strategies aligned with account maturity
- •Analyze customer business models and logistics processes
- •Identify opportunities to expand solution usage across regions
- •Advise senior and C-level stakeholders as a trusted partner
- •Lead the full commercial cycle from identification to closing
- •Conduct ROI reviews and quarterly business reports
- •Collaborate on product demonstrations and solution positioning
- •Align product roadmaps with enterprise client needs
- •Coordinate with Customer Success for seamless onboarding
- •Represent the customer's voice to internal product teams
- •Manage pipeline forecasting and drive open opportunities
- •Navigate complex enterprise setups to move opportunities forward
- •Evaluate account performance to drive revenue growth
