Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to connect manufacturing challenges with solutions
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools
  • Persistent and motivated
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and Industry 4.0 concepts
  • Outbound prospecting or lead generation experience in manufacturing or industrial technology sectors
  • Knowledge of edge computing, IoT, or industrial automation solutions
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger Sales, SPIN, or Sandler
  • UK National highly desired
