Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in processor architecture
- In-depth knowledge of CPU and DSP microarchitecture
- High-speed digital interfaces and interconnects
- Hardware/software co-design principles
- Low-power and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with hardware description languages
- Familiarity with AI acceleration architectures
- Understanding of photonic integrated circuits
- Knowledge of mixed-signal and analog/digital integration
- Experience with integrating novel hardware into AI pipelines
Tasks
- Provide technical leadership to internal teams.
- Define and manage processor architecture milestones.
- Act as the primary technical interface with partners.
- Guide less experienced engineers in design principles.
- Identify architecture-level risks and coordinate mitigation.
- Deliver optimized processor architecture for photonic circuits.
- Ensure design meets performance and power goals.
- Optimize trade-offs to reduce costs and time-to-market.
- Define complete processor architecture specifications.
- Achieve first-silicon success through modeling and verification.
- Integrate photonic control features into the processor.
- Build and manage the team for future implementations.
