Sr Account Representative, Large Enterprise Commercial(m/w/x)
In this role, you will be the key driver of merchant success, managing relationships and account strategies while advocating for merchant needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve enhancing account health, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Relevant experience in account management, client success, or sales
- Strong knowledge of the payments industry
- Deep understanding of e-commerce and payment solutions
- Proven success managing and growing accounts
- Expertise in building and maintaining strategic relationships
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve process quality
- Identify actions for process enhancements
- Recommend solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and manage account health and performance
- Provide analytical insights for business decisions
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with PayPal’s vision
- Drive revenue retention and upsell opportunities
- Negotiate and manage complex contracts and agreements
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to merchant satisfaction
- Advocate for merchant needs within PayPal
- Oversee merchant operations for seamless onboarding and integration
- Anticipate future merchant needs through deep insights
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with merchants
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet account plans
- Manage pipelines and accurately forecast revenue
- Leverage industry insights to refine account strategies
- Inspire collaboration and continuous learning within the team
