Senior CRM Account Executive, Banking(m/w/x)
Developing and growing assigned Banking accounts with AI-enhanced technology. Deep solution sales experience, including CRM/CX, required. Territory sales strategy and C-suite relationship building.
Requirements
- Experience integrating AI into work processes
- Deep experience in solution sales (CRM/CX/CPaaS/CCaaS/SOM)
- Understanding of CRM/CX/CSM business processes
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Ability to understand broad IT needs of clients
- 8+ years of sales experience in complex software/platforms
- Deep industry knowledge in Banking and Financial Services
- Experience establishing trusted client relationships
- Ability to produce new business and negotiate deals
- Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to go above and beyond to win
- Communicate complex issues simply (written/oral)
- Forge strong business relationships with C-level execs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English/German)
Tasks
- Oversee development and growth of assigned Banking accounts
- Develop and deploy territory resources
- Create a sales strategy for the allocated territory
- Build a target prospect list and regional sales plan
- Develop relationships with C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO)
- Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions
- Collaborate with Solution Consulting team for product demonstrations
- Develop a clear roadmap and build client capabilities
- Promote an outstanding customer experience
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
- Understand and drive the Customer & Industry Workflows platform
- Lead CRM opportunities and collaborate with Core Sales Teams
- Present CRM Workflows offerings to prospects and customers
- Articulate customer success strategies to the field
- Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities
- Manage the sales process and close opportunities
- Ensure ongoing account management and customer satisfaction
- Drive additional revenue streams
