- Strong track record in agency partnerships (owning, growing, retaining)
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Comfort leading QBRs and executive conversations
- Comfort diving into data for performance optimization

- 5-7+ years experience in online advertising, ad tech, or digital media
- 3+ years in client-facing, account management, or strategic services role
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising (RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, measurement solutions)
- Proven experience managing/optimizing CPA, CPC, CPM campaigns at scale
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization, large data set analysis)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and strategic account value
- Deep understanding of client objectives
- Ability to recommend best-in-class solutions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management skills
- Experience engaging senior agency/client leadership
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts/initiatives simultaneously
- Consistency in meeting deadlines
Tasks
- Own and grow a portfolio of key agency accounts.
- Advise and serve as primary contact for key agency accounts.
- Drive account strategy, performance, and retention.
- Align platform capabilities with client business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to scale existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to unlock incremental revenue.
- Lead strategic planning with senior agency stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior agency stakeholders.
- Facilitate performance discussions with senior agency stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on The Trade Desk platform.
- Deliver proactive insights and recommendations for campaign performance.
- Deliver ongoing client education and training.
- Collaborate with Product Management.
- Share client feedback with Product Management.
- Help shape the product roadmap.
- Advocate for enhancements that drive client success.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Contribute to team development and Client Services excellence.
- Evolve and scale the Client Services function.
- Develop Client Services best practices.
- Develop Client Services training materials.
- Develop sales enablement resources.
- Develop customer-facing documentation.
