- •Agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up
- •Experience working with blue chip companies and cross-functional teams
- •Proven track record in a sales role working with advertisers and agencies
- •Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers
- •Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
- •Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability
- •Capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises
- •Effective communication skills with C-level clients
- •Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins
- •Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations

- •Lead a high-performing team of Agency Business Development Managers
- •Drive strategic partnerships with Agency Holding Companies
- •Cultivate relationships with C-Suite executives at key agency partners
- •Articulate the unique value proposition of the media buying platform
- •Leverage industry insights to drive platform adoption
- •Accelerate revenue growth through collaboration with the Brand Business Development team
- •Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with agencies
- •Advocate for client needs in product roadmap prioritization
- •Represent TTD's expertise and vision on global and regional platforms
