- Resolve high-priority technical escalations and system failures
- Translate publisher feedback into product roadmap items
- Lead and scale Technical Account Managers
- Foster technical curiosity and client-first problem-solving
- Develop standardized playbooks for partner management
- Refine troubleshooting and onboarding processes
