Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studienabschluss (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und GMP-Umfeld (Arzneimittelentwicklung/-fertigung, Lyophilisation, Flüssigabfüllung) wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
  • Serviceorientierte Denkweise mit hohem Kundenbedarfsverständnis

Tasks

  • Interne und externe Kommunikation und Koordination von Lohnherstellungstransfers
  • Unterstützung von Transferprojekten
  • Implementierung neuer Produkte
  • Implementierung neuer Herstellprozesse
  • Pflege des Netzwerks von Partnern der Pharmaindustrie
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Business Development Strategien
  • Vorbereitung von langfristigen Kooperationen
  • Betreuung von Kundenbesuchen
  • Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Projektmanagementprozessen
  • Einführung neuer Projektmanagement-Instrumente

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
