Tasks

  • Prospect for new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through phone outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Set appointments with merchants to present Payment Terminal and services
  • Close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle
  • Sign new clients in the assigned territory
  • Assist existing clients with add-on services
  • Provide hardware, software, and professional solutions
  • Build strong relationships with merchants
  • Listen to merchant needs and resolve issues
  • Explain the value of Global Blue by Shift4’s solutions
  • Conduct laptop demonstrations and Payment Terminal presentations
  • Qualify sales opportunities
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Understand merchant acquiring statements
  • Position Global Blue by Shift4’s end-to-end service offering
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Communicate regularly with direct manager
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Develop knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
