Description

In this role, you will design and implement robust data systems, develop APIs, and manage data pipelines. Your work will focus on building reliable, high-performance solutions while ensuring observability and efficiency across the backend infrastructure.

Requirements

• •Technical mindset and drive for improvement
• •3–5 years of experience in backend or data engineering
• •Strong skills in Python and SQL
• •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and data warehouse design (using Bigquery or Snowflake)
• •Solid engineering discipline — CI/CD, testing, microservices, and end-to-end ownership
• •Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization
• •Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster) and observability practices
• •Experience with API integrations (CRM, attribution, or marketing systems)
• •Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• •Knowledge of data testing frameworks or event-driven architectures

Tasks

• •Design and build Python APIs and backend services for integrations
• •Develop and operate end-to-end data pipelines across GCP services
• •Build high-frequency, event-driven systems for data processing
• •Apply data modeling and database design principles for various data types
• •Write clean, testable, production-grade code with strong coverage
• •Drive observability, performance, and reliability in backend systems
• •Own services from schema and API design to deployment and monitoring
• •Utilize modern cloud and automation practices with IaC tools
