Description

In this role, you will design and optimize backend systems that enhance payout automation and support growth experiments. Your work will involve creating data-driven solutions, collaborating with teams, and continuously improving system performance.

Requirements

• •Experience building or supporting production backend systems in Python
• •Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and clean code
• •Exposure to data pipelines, A/B testing, or algorithmic personalisation
• •Strong SQL and cloud (AWS/GCP) skills
• •Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and data science teams
• •Willingness to take ownership of work and grow into larger responsibilities
• •Experience with ML pipelines, model deployment, or adtech systems
• •Exposure to payout, reward, or incentive systems
• •Passion for gaming, data-driven experimentation, and automation
• •Ownership of work and delivery of high-quality solutions
• •Writing clean, reliable code and continuous improvement

Tasks

• •Design, build, and optimize backend systems
• •Support the development of data-driven systems
