- Strong operational command in managing franchises
- Travel up to 50% depending on geography
- German language skills

Tasks
- Collaborate with software sales account teams
- Work with Customer Outcomes team members
- Engage with delivery partners in the ecosystem
- Develop a services sales strategy for the designated territory
- Target specific accounts for service offerings
- Proactively create new services opportunities
- Manage pipeline and forecast services opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer digital transformation roadmaps
- Drive the right mix of ServiceNow services to meet customer needs
- Arrange and conduct executive and CxO discussions
- Lead the team in solutioning and proposal development
- Implement value-based selling for implementation services
