  • Understand customers' technical architecture and monitoring needs
  • Lead and coordinate the virtual account team
  • Ensure cohesive customer engagement throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • Deliver quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Lead negotiations for enterprise-level agreements and renewals
