Requirements
- •Understanding of the Life Science Market
- •Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French advantageous
- •Experience in customer care/sales environment with commercial focus
- •Initiative and target-driven work experience
- •Ability to track ROI and KPIs
- •Excellent IT skills including databases, Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
- •Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- •Ability to communicate with remote and diverse teams and customers
- •Excellent ‘can do’ attitude
- •Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and multi-task efficiently
- •Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
- •Professional demeanour
- •Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- •Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

Work Experience

Tasks
- •Develop and nurture existing business
- •Drive new instrument service revenue for the Bio-Techne install base in EMEA
- •Grow service revenue for the Bio-Techne instrument install base in EMEA
- •Maintain open communication with internal and external sales teams
- •Generate leads and collaborate with marketing for maximum customer support
- •Unlock new business opportunities through existing customers and web chats
- •Communicate contract status and service orders to the field team
- •Update the SFDC database and log all information accurately
- •Identify and manage expiring contract data
- •Support new and existing business opportunities through various channels
- •Collaborate with marketing, technical, and account managers on projects
- •Identify business growth opportunities with the account management team
- •Generate service repair quotes and coordinate with customers until PO is received
- •Ensure the CRM is always up to date
