- 5+ years leading delivery teams
- Commercial understanding and cost control
- Client experience and trusted counterpart
- Collaboration with senior partners
- Structured approach balancing client/delivery/results
- Experience in agile/hybrid delivery environments
- Fluent German and English
Tasks
- Lead delivery teams across the DACH market
- Ensure high-quality execution for clients
- Take ownership of delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage delivery prioritization and decision-making
- Lead escalations and senior client communications
- Ensure resolution and transparency in client issues
- Be accountable for end-to-end delivery performance
- Ensure delivery readiness, governance, and risk management
- Achieve KPIs for in-market projects
- Oversee go-live, hypercare, and post-production support
- Manage delivery-related commercial outcomes
- Protect margins and maintain cost awareness
- Plan and manage regional capacity and resource allocation
- Guide market-level improvements
- Contribute to global delivery standards
- Directly manage the delivery team
- Ensure team performance and outcomes
- Handle people leadership, including performance management
- Provide training and ensure compliance
- Create clarity on priorities, roles, and expectations
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
