Requirements
- Fluency in German
- University degree or equivalent professional training
- Relevant work experience (5+ years) in pre-sales in SaaS/iPaaS/Automation at Enterprise Account level or above
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, BPM, SDKs, and Databases
- Experience with cloud technologies - iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure
- Integration product experience preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle EBS, Databases
- Strategic and Enterprise Account Planning and coaching of others
- Confidence in sharing knowledge and presenting to diverse audiences
- Ability to learn new concepts and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work
- Excellent presentation skills in front of technical and business audiences
- Ability to lead architectural discussions
- Passion for technology and translating it into business impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks
- Perform business and technical discovery with customer prospects
- Understand customer priorities and pain points
- Partner with the account team during the sales cycle
- Own the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases
- Conduct research into prospects and their requirements
- Communicate the value of solutions compellingly
- Create and deliver custom product demonstrations
- Manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts
- Articulate business, technical, and architectural concepts to diverse audiences
- Create and deliver customer roadmaps and solution visions
- Incorporate risk, time, quality, and other KPIs into value propositions
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Develop content such as presentations, demos, and white papers
- Provide feedback on customer needs to product development and GTM strategy teams
