You will drive the company's global travel and expense program by streamlining report handling, ensuring policy compliance, and providing expert support to the EMEA team and international regions.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years experience
• •Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
• •Organization, detail-orientation, and multi-tasking ability
• •Proven leadership skills in travel issues
• •Experience generating system reporting
• •Ability to translate policy into results
• •SAP experience, Concur, or Appzen experience
• •Business fluent German and English

Tasks

• •Execute and enhance travel and expense processes
• •Ensure compliant and streamlined expense report handling
• •Govern process standards for the global T&E program
• •Assist EMEA employees with travel expense inquiries
• •Support internal audits and compliance checks
• •Enforce company policies using Concur and Appzen
• •Administer and optimize the Concur T&E system
• •Collaborate with vendors to enhance process automation
• •Resolve complex expense issues with various departments
• •Deliver T&E policy and system usage training
• •Analyze activity data to provide compliance insights
• •Present regular compliance reports to leadership
• •Act as the first escalation point for complex inquiries
• •Recommend resolutions for T&E exceptions to management
• •Support international regions and US-focused operations
