You will lead the EMEA accounts receivable strategy and team, driving operational excellence through credit risk management and innovative collection processes to optimize regional cash flow.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• •Strong technical experience in AR transactional area
• •Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• •Ability to build strong business partnerships

• •High working capacity and hands-on experience
• •Effectiveness in fast-paced environments and multitasking

Tasks

• •Develop and drive the EMEA AR strategy
• •Represent the AR function in senior-level meetings
• •Present AR insights to influence organizational decision-making
• •Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives
• •Collaborate with the global cash application team
• •Maintain methodologies for world-class cash collection
• •Resolve unapplied cash exceptions and application disputes
• •Evaluate customer creditworthiness through financial analysis
• •Coordinate credit evaluations with internal commercial teams
• •Manage credit risk reporting and risk management strategies
• •Establish credit limits and terms per company policy
• •Manage Letters of Credit with banks and third parties
• •Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• •Handle customer inquiries and billing disputes professionally
• •Collaborate with sales to resolve root-cause billing issues
• •Lead the cash collection process to improve cash flow
• •Implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding
• •Maintain effective collection policies and procedures
