- •Master’s degree in Business, related field, or equivalent professional experience
- •5–7 years of experience in car fleet administration or similar operational function
- •Strong numerical aptitude and excellent attention to detail
- •Customer‑oriented, solution‑focused mindset and proactive approach
- •Ability to work autonomously and clear communication skills
- •Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
- •Fluency in English, German, and French
- •Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in fleet management systems

Tasks
- •Administer the regional car fleet across multiple European countries
- •Manage relationships with leasing companies, OEMs, and service providers
- •Deploy and enhance the European fleet management tool
- •Build, maintain, and update the company car policy
- •Consolidate fleet data and expenditures across Europe
- •Calculate and consolidate the fleet’s carbon footprint
- •Support the greening and sustainability of the vehicle fleet
- •Propose and implement cost-optimization measures
- •Apply framework agreements negotiated by Group Purchasing
- •Manage all fleet-related expenditures
- •Maintain relationships with internal customers
- •Coordinate departments involved in fleet operations
- •Prepare global fleet reporting and conduct benchmarking
- •Implement KPIs and perform performance analysis
- •Create and maintain desk procedure documentation
- •Support indirect procurement operational activities
