- •Collaborate with the TA team to streamline recruitment processes and interview frameworks
- •Use data to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruiting workflows
- •Partner with talent teams to improve onboarding and offer acceptance rates
- •Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate feedback
- •Lead debriefs to ensure alignment on hiring outcomes
- •Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance TA effectiveness
- •Deliver key engineering and product hires within target timelines
- •Maintain robust and diverse candidate pipelines
- •Achieve high hiring manager and candidate satisfaction scores
- •Implement impactful process improvements that scale with growth
