Requirements
- 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations in a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience
- Proven track record owning or co-owning a sales tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, engagement tools, BI)
- Experience designing and rolling out sales processes and training/enablement programs
- Exposure to AI or data products in Sales (e.g. scoring, recommendations, conversational intelligence, GenAI tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and business cases
- Ability to write clear requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; high ownership and bias to action
- Experience in a marketplace, travel, or other two-sided business
- Experience building internal tools with Product or Engineering
- Familiarity with enablement platforms or LMS
- Practical experience deploying or operationalizing GenAI in sales workflows
Tasks
- Coach and develop a team of Sales Operations specialists
- Define priorities and set clear goals
- Ensure reliable, high-quality delivery
- Lead strategy and roadmap for CRM and sales tools
- Drive implementations and improvements for data quality
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases in the sales funnel
- Partner with Data and Product teams to test and scale AI solutions
- Design onboarding and ongoing training programs for Sales
- Create and maintain playbooks, guidelines, and tool documentation
- Define and track key metrics for tools and processes
- Align with Sales and cross-functional leaders on priorities
- Communicate progress to stakeholders
