  • Expertise operationalizing commercial strategies for pricing, commissions, or incentives
  • Experience building and rolling out processes, playbooks, and enablement resources
  • Highly collaborative with effective cross-functional partnering and influencing
  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen
  • Skilled using data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence to drive alignment and influence globally diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in high-ambiguity, high-growth environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and driver of change
  • Fluent in English
  • Other languages are an advantage
