- •Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- •Strategic and agile mindset

- •Excellent communication, organizational, and storytelling skills
- •Ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- •Experience in ad-tech space

- •Engage high-quality candidates proactively
- •Deliver clear and timely communication to candidates
- •Track and report key hiring metrics
- •Optimize hiring performance to support business goals
- •Drive initiatives to strengthen the employer brand
- •Streamline hiring processes
- •Enable interviewers through training and best practices
