Requirements

• •Experience in talent sourcing from in-house, agency, or RPO models
• •Experience in recruiting across various business functions
• •Innovative and outside-the-box thinking
• •Ability to pivot and adapt to achieve best outcomes
• •Proven track record of building candidate pipelines
• •Curious mindset and interest in research
• •Comfort in a start-up environment with a diverse team

• •Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
• •Tools affinity and maintaining accurate ATS data
• •Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Tasks

• •Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• •Identify job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• •Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent
• •Utilize various channels for sourcing, including LinkedIn and social media
• •Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
• •Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification of candidates
• •Leverage market research and talent mapping for recruitment strategies
• •Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• •Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement
• •Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools and processes
