- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- •Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Recruiter
- •Strong track record managing high-volume and/or specialized hiring
- •Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- •Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- •Experience with Personio HR system or similar recruitment systems
- •Business fluent in written and spoken German and English

- •Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
- •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all brands
- •Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team
- •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- •Enhance employer branding initiatives
- •Advise hiring managers on role definition and selection criteria
- •Ensure consistent and fair hiring processes
- •Manage and optimize the ATS recruitment tool (Personio)
- •Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- •Oversee external recruitment partners and negotiate contracts
