As a Senior Talent Consultant, you will engage in diverse recruitment projects, collaborating closely with hiring managers and candidates. Your role involves shaping talent strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring exceptional experiences throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

• •Degree in applicable field with focus on HR or comparable qualification
• •At least three years of professional experience in consulting environment with focus on project-based work ideally Talent Acquisition, Human Resources
• •Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting and collaboration with stakeholders across different seniority levels
• •Track record in delivering projects in talent analytics, employer branding, tool implementation or development of holistic sourcing strategies
• •Strong data-driven working style and experience in creating reports and analyses
