Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in business development or sales in automation, robotics, or industrial technology
  • Strong track record with OEMs and/or System Integrators, ideally in DACH region
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, partner driven business models, and ecosystem development
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution strength
  • Strong negotiation skills and executive engagement confidence
  • High ownership, intrinsic motivation, and performance orientation
  • Clear, structured communication and strong stakeholder management
  • Native level German (or C2 equivalent) and fluent English

Tasks

  • Develop comprehensive OEM/SI business strategies
  • Expand partner coverage and penetrate new markets
  • Identify and qualify new OEM/SI partners
  • Onboard new partners with long-term growth potential
  • Own and drive OEM/SI partner strategy
  • Align with Area Sales Managers and regional leadership
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand and deliver tailored solutions
  • Nurture strategic (MEGA) OEM/SI accounts
  • Ensure long-term collaboration and joint growth
  • Lead partners through evaluation and onboarding
  • Ensure clarity on collaboration models and success criteria
  • Conduct in-depth market and ecosystem analysis
  • Identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics
  • Assess and refine existing partnerships
  • Base assessments on market developments and performance
