You will drive technical success for global enterprise customers by leading pre-sales discovery and ensuring post-sales stability for high-volume automation deployments and document processing solutions.

Requirements

• •Experience in document-centric workflows
• •Pre-sales and post-sales technical ownership
• •Support for mission-critical production environments
• •Understanding of various server architectures
• •Clear communication with diverse stakeholders
• •Independent operation and cross-departmental coordination

Tasks

• •Drive technical wins across global markets
• •Enable channel partners and resellers
• •Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions
• •Conduct product demos and scenario-based positioning
• •Manage technical responses for RFPs and tenders
• •Support customer trials and internal approval cases
• •Provide post-sales ownership for enterprise customers
• •Support large-scale deployments and production environments
• •Resolve technical issues via Salesforce and email
• •Collaborate with Product Management on release planning
• •Support integration efforts across automation products
• •Participate in security audits and architecture reviews
• •Identify customer use cases for IDP solutions
• •Co-lead customer engagements as technical owner
• •Position IDP solutions during enterprise presentations
• •Handle complex escalations for PDF Compressor
• •Support legacy product integrations and renewals
• •Reproduce edge cases and validate technical fixes
• •Coordinate with external vendors and engineering teams
• •Provide technical input for marketing and finance
