- •3+ years knowledge on specialty solution ROI
- •Experience in specialized solution sales or alternative sales/customer service role
- •Network in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Science Industry (beneficial)
- •Understanding of business sales processes
- •Willingness to travel 30-50%
Tasks
- •Oversee market success for core business workflow solutions
- •Manage HR, procurement, finance, and legal workflow products
- •Support territory strategy and vertical agreement planning
- •Provide strategic input to Account Executives during planning
- •Align account strategies with Now Value sales principles
- •Help customers envision digital transformation value and strategy
- •Build strategic relationships with CHROs, CFOs, and COOs
- •Align platform capabilities with business priorities and ROI
- •Develop account strategies and manage qualified pipelines
- •Orchestrate complex deals with specialists and partners
- •Collaborate with Solution Consultants on capability roadmaps
- •Coach internal teams and partners on specialty solutions
- •Identify and manage specialty solution sales opportunities
- •Customize time allocation based on territory needs
- •Promote an open and inclusive work environment
