Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technology field
  • Hands-on experience in IAM and IGA domains
  • Proven track record of quota attainment in strategic account management or overlay sales
  • Deep understanding of IAM, IGA, Endpoint Security, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical value propositions
  • Confident presenter with ability to influence at all levels
  • Team-oriented and proactive in navigating matrixed environments
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Tableau
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology and Command of the Message framework

Tasks

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas for Workforce solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities from discovery to closure
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to build relationships with CISO/CIO and product leaders
  • Deliver value-based business cases that demonstrate ROI
  • Work with Solutions Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to align architecture with business outcomes
  • Coordinate internal resources for a cohesive customer experience
  • Partner with Resellers and Channel Partners to expand market reach
  • Drive partner enablement initiatives to enhance channel engagement and accelerate sales cycles
