  • Experience in business software
  • Knowledge of SAAS and IAAS processes
  • Strong program/project management and governance skills
  • Expert commercial/deal support skills
  • Relationship-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells

Tasks

  • Act as a trusted advisor to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Deliver solution area expertise to customer executives
  • Accelerate value delivery through rapid solution adoption
  • Build deep executive relationships with customers
  • Identify opportunities for new or expanded SAP solutions
  • Mitigate churn and manage SAP solution renewals
  • Identify sales leads and support expansion efforts
  • Manage through crises and de-escalate customer issues
  • Drive renewals and up-sells of subscription or perpetual licenses
  • Coordinate with SAP MU leadership and account teams
  • Collaborate with industry teams and solution management
  • Ensure value delivery by coordinating internal and partner resources
