- Qualify customer situations and develop solution proposals
- Create compelling value argumentations for customers
- Support account teams with presentations and events
- Contribute to account strategy and competitive differentiation
- Identify new sales opportunities within the Operate & Service pillar
- Process RFPs and plan complex Proofs of Concept
- Execute technical scenarios for EAM and APM solutions
- Act as a thought leader within the account team
- Coordinate and plan tasks across the full sales cycle
- Transition engagements to SAP Consulting or implementation partners
- Engage with customers post-sale to ensure renewal
- Represent SAP at trade fairs and industry events
- Leverage digital assets for demos and customer engagement
