- Manage account hierarchies and industry classifications
- Resolve account ownership disputes with global teams
- Partner with leadership to drive business strategy
- Lead special projects for organizational development
- Prepare analytical presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews
- Track business review action items to completion
- Champion operational excellence and best practices
