Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in a customer facing role as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer or senior level product support, preferably in the cyber-security industry
  • Proven experience in secure messaging, data security, network security, endpoint, NOC/SOC or MSP-related cybersecurity
  • Track record developing and maintaining customer relationships with large (Enterprise) clients/organizations
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to individuals and/or teams including technical staff and C-suite executives
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude
  • Exposure to enterprise email solutions such as Exchange, G-Suite, Lotus Domino, O365 or working knowledge of SMTP
  • Knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) Protection
  • Experience in IT security, vulnerability or risk assessments, and policy enforcement
  • Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), compliance and data privacy
  • Knowledge of cloud security and shadow IT
  • Fluency in English and local regional language
  • Experience in a sales team or desire to take career in that direction, enthusiasm for cyber-security and related security standards and frameworks like ISO, NIST and MITRE
  • Interest in staying on top of the fast-changing threat landscape and helping to educate and protect customers and prospects
  • Strong knowledge of underlying protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP

Tasks

  • Act as the Technical Sales Lead during the pre-sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted account penetration strategies
  • Design and promote complex People-Centric Security solutions
  • Provide customer insights to Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  • Present at industry seminars and trade shows as needed
  • Become an expert in Email Security and the threat landscape
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to engage customers
  • Conduct onsite product demonstrations and threat assessments
