- Ability to design and lead high-performance sales processes
- Strong experience in tender preparation

- Capability to manage sales and pre-sales team across geographies
Tasks
- Lead European commercial growth strategy
- Scale revenues to €20m within 3 years
- Expand European sales footprint
- Drive company order book conversion rate
- Build relationships with senior DSO teams
- Secure 8 long-term framework agreements
- Position Analog Devices as trusted partner
- Structure and lead sales team
- Establish KPIs and commission frameworks
- Mentor pre-sales and business development staff
- Oversee tender qualification and response
- Conduct commercial modelling and negotiations
- Align technical solutions with DSO specifications
- Lead final contract negotiations
- Track regulatory changes and adjust GTM
- Feed market insights into product roadmap
- Shape European messaging and presence
- Maintain pipeline visibility and sales forecasting
- Implement and manage CRM discipline
- Report progress on revenue and contract milestones
