  • Familiarity with EU DSO regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to design and lead high-performance sales processes
  • Strong experience in tender preparation
  • Strong experience in negotiation
  • Strong experience in contract award processes
  • Capability to recruit sales and pre-sales team
  • Capability to mentor sales and pre-sales team
  • Capability to manage sales and pre-sales team across geographies

  • Oversee tender qualification and response
  • Conduct commercial modelling and negotiations
  • Align technical solutions with DSO specifications
  • Lead final contract negotiations
  • Track regulatory changes and adjust GTM
  • Feed market insights into product roadmap
  • Shape European messaging and presence
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and sales forecasting
  • Implement and manage CRM discipline
  • Report progress on revenue and contract milestones
