Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus

Tasks

  • Drive new business growth through targeted outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts to secure new business
  • Accurately forecast and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
