Tasks

  • •Lead global and regional cyclical processes
  • •Submit salary surveys and review pay ranges
  • •Conduct annual salary reviews and manage incentives' accruals and payouts
  • •Serve as the lead for job evaluation in the markets
  • •Support the development of the career framework and job architecture
  • •Manage non-cyclical reward projects within the CE cluster
  • •Ensure ongoing global reward governance and compliance with EU Pay Transparency directive
  • •Provide reward partnering support for selected markets
  • •Drive total reward education and communication efforts
  • •Support decision-making with Workers' Councils
