Work Experience

Tasks
- •Lead global and regional cyclical processes
- •Submit salary surveys and review pay ranges
- •Conduct annual salary reviews and manage incentives' accruals and payouts
- •Serve as the lead for job evaluation in the markets
- •Support the development of the career framework and job architecture
- •Manage non-cyclical reward projects within the CE cluster
- •Ensure ongoing global reward governance and compliance with EU Pay Transparency directive
- •Provide reward partnering support for selected markets
- •Drive total reward education and communication efforts
- •Support decision-making with Workers' Councils
