Tasks
- Lead global and regional cyclical processes
- Submit salary surveys and review pay ranges
- Conduct annual salary reviews and manage incentives' accruals and payouts
- Serve as the lead for job evaluation in the markets
- Support the development of the career framework and job architecture
- Manage non-cyclical reward projects within the CE cluster
- Ensure ongoing global reward governance and compliance with EU Pay Transparency directive
- Provide reward partnering support for selected markets
- Drive total reward education and communication efforts
- Support decision-making with Workers' Councils
Work Experience
