- Experience using automation tools like n8n
- Understanding of KPIs, attribution logic, and cohort analysis
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights
- Fluency in English with German or French as pluses
- Drive to create real business impact
- Structured thinking and cross-functional communication skills
- Energy for complexity and ownership
- Ability to turn messy datasets into insights
