Requirements
- 3+ years in analytical Revenue Operations, Growth Analytics or similar role
- Experience improving funnels and conversion end-to-end
- Strong analytical skills in SQL, Excel, BI tools and BigQuery
- Hands-on CRM experience in HubSpot or similar
- Experience using automation tools like n8n
- Deep understanding of KPIs, attribution logic and cohort analysis
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights
- Fluency in English; German or French advantageous
- Drive to create real business impact
- Structured thinker and strong cross-functional communicator
- Energy for complexity and ownership
- Ability to turn messy datasets into insights
Tasks
- Build visibility into demand flow across marketing and sales
- Transform fragmented data into clear commercial insights
- Define and scale the revenue operations backbone
- Standardize data processes, metrics, and ownership structures
- Manage CRM data logic and analytical foundations
- Oversee attribution, data models, and data quality
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Enable performance steering through dashboards and ROI assessments
- Establish a trusted revenue performance narrative across teams
