Requirements

  • Master and 5 years experience or PhD and 2 years experience
  • Microfabrication experience in cleanroom
  • Experience in lab environment characterization for MEMS devices
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Teamwork and good communication skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Austria/Villach

Tasks

  • Develop MEMS-based device technology from concept to prototype
  • Design and implement experiments to improve device performance
  • Fabricate prototypes using 200 mm wafer level technology
  • Perform advanced electrical and mechanical testing on MEMS devices
  • Communicate and report scientific research results

Education

  • Master's degree
