Tasks
- Develop and optimize sputtering processes
- Monitor thin film deposition performance
- Track tool health and stability
- Manage SPC monitoring and maintenance
- Support researchers with tool operation
- Ensure safe operation and quality
- Maintain compliance with FAB standards
- Lead tool and capability upgrades
- Evaluate and acquire new equipment
- Document parameters and experiment outcomes
- Share knowledge and ensure traceability
- Act as technical interface for teams
