Requirements

  • Degree in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5 years experience as stepper process engineer in semiconductor FAB
  • Experience with lithography process and metrology tools
  • Experience with lithography Tracks (advantageous)
  • Understanding in mask design (advantageous)
  • Experience with SPC, Problem Solving, CIP, Lean, and maintenance
  • Ability to work in research-driven environments with stakeholders
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, reporting, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and priority management skills

Tasks

  • Develop and optimize stepper-based lithography processes
  • Maintain process baselines using SPC and performance monitoring
  • Define and document process parameters and SOPs
  • Manage stepper tools and periphery equipment uptime
  • Coordinate lithography compatibility across varied fabrication flows
  • Collaborate with maintenance engineers on tool health
  • Lead hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Support tool upgrades and capability expansion projects
