Senior Regional Marketing Manager EMEA(m/w/x)
Developing EMEA Go-to-Market strategy for Full Service Foundry, driving business development and funnel creation. Semiconductor industry and service business models familiarity required. MBA a plus, 3+ years marketing/BD experience.

- MBA as a plus
- 3+ years experience in semiconductor industry
- 3+ years experience in marketing or business development
- Familiarity with service business models
- Ideally in semiconductor manufacturing
- Background in IC design
- Background in analog or mixed signal IC design is a plus
- Experience with product launch
- Experience with sales channel management
- Experience with business partner management
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently

- High level of motivation
- High level of commitment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Tasks
- Develop EMEA regional Go-to-Market strategy for Full Service Foundry
- Drive business development activities in EMEA for Full Service Foundry
- Create opportunity funnel in EMEA and achieve regional design-win targets
- Identify and follow up on opportunities to define business-win success factors
- Identify and follow up on business risks and obstacles
- Build relationships with new regional customers for sales handover
- Collaborate with PL Head and Product Managers on technology roadmaps
- Conduct market research across the EMEA region
- Consolidate technical questions from EMEA customers
- Drive solutions with local System Solution Engineers
- Drive solutions with technical expert teams within the PL
- Act as a dedicated BL/PL representative to customers
- Leverage BL/PL management and decision power
- Educate regional sales on BL/PL strategy and goals
- Educate BL/PL management on regional/customer needs
