Requirements
- •Completed degree or training with a focus on HR, psychology, or business
- •Several years of experience in international recruiting, ideally in the FMCG or scale-up environment
- •Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and talent pipeline management
- •Experience with recruiting systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, active sourcing, and analytics
- •KPI-oriented, quality-focused thinking ('quality of hire' as a measure of success)
- •Strong communication skills in English
- •Empathy, intercultural competence, and strategic thinking

- •Establish and manage international recruiting in EU and non-European markets
- •Develop a global talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the Head of Recruiting
- •Implement KPI-based performance recruiting focused on hire quality
- •Collaborate closely with management, HR, and departments for targeted team building
- •Co-design international employer branding initiatives
- •Conduct end-to-end recruiting from needs assessment to onboarding
- •Utilize international networks, job platforms, and partner agencies
- •Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
- •Ensure an excellent candidate experience worldwide
- •Support the development of standardized processes and tools
