In this role, you will take charge of operational processes, from supply chain management to quality assurance. Your leadership will drive team development and process optimization, ensuring growth is achieved efficiently on a global scale.

Requirements

• •Management experience in international supply chain management, procurement, or operations (10+ years)
• •Proven track record of success in scale-ups or fast-growing environments
• •Successful management of international projects and teams
• •Confident use of SAP and forecasting/demand planning tools
• •High digital affinity and motivation to use modern tools and methods
• •Resilience and flexibility in fast-paced business environments
• •Strong implementation skills and hands-on mentality
• •Business fluent in German and English

Tasks

• •Oversee supply chain and logistics operations
• •Manage co-packing and production processes
• •Shape the internationalization strategy
• •Develop and implement scalable processes for EU, UK, and MEA
• •Optimize cost, service, and inventory targets
• •Establish and monitor a KPI system for operations
• •Manage and expand the system landscape, including SAP Business One
• •Identify efficiency potentials and optimize operating costs
• •Lead supply chain, logistics, and related teams
• •Foster excellence, transparency, and team motivation
• •Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategy and budgeting
• •Promote a data-driven culture and operational best practices
• •Support transformation projects and implement new systems
• •Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
