  • •Strong hands-on mentality and execution strength

Tasks

  • •Build and optimize the European logistics network
  • •Develop network strategies for FMCG supply and 3PL management
  • •Ensure compliance with customs and shipping documentation
  • •Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations
  • •Manage goods flows from production to the end customer
  • •Select and monitor international logistics service providers
  • •Monitor delivery reliability and manage escalations
  • •Coordinate retail business focusing on volume management
  • •Develop and analyze KPI dashboards for costs and delivery reliability
  • •Oversee budget, efficiency programs, and process improvements
  • •Lead and motivate the logistics team
  • •Collaborate with international partners
  • •Represent the logistics department in strategic projects
