- In-house recruiting experience in international environments
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
- High degree of ownership and autonomy
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS systems
- Hands-on experience with HR systems
- Interest in leveraging AI and new technologies in recruiting
- Business fluent English
- German at business level
Tasks
- Own end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and European locations
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing
- Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance and run interview trainings
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Implement data-driven recruiting strategies to improve hiring processes
- Shape recruiting culture and ways of working
- Explore and apply AI-driven recruiting tools
- Test new solutions to optimize workflows
- Recommend improvements to elevate the team’s capabilities
- Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives
- Participate in key business meetings
- Integrate expertise into broader organizational discussions
