Requirements

  • More than 5 years' experience as Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Management of complex technical products with multiple system dependencies
  • Working understanding of data, models, and deployment in robotics
  • Understanding of perception, imitation learning, or reinforcement learning
  • Ability to reason across data pipelines, ML training, and robotic execution
  • Solid understanding of robotic system components
  • Solid understanding of common software environments
  • Solid understanding of ML workflows
  • Demonstrated delivery of complex technical products in agile environments
  • Backlog management and cross-functional coordination
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Experience with large-scale data collection, labeling, or human-in-the-loop annotation workflows
  • Background in robot learning, imitation learning, or reinforcement learning applied to physical systems
  • Experience bringing ML systems onto physical robotic hardware or into production-adjacent environments
  • Familiarity with safety-critical or hardware-constrained deployment environments
  • Experience working across distributed international engineering or research teams
  • Proficiency in German and/or Chinese
